Anti-Roll Bar
Anti-Roll Bars connect the left and right wheels on the front or the rear of a car with the intent to reduce the amount of the car’s body will encounter with momentum going through a corner.
Increasing the Value of the Anti-Roll bar means you are stiffening up a “third” spring between the left and right wheels and creating a greater load on them to create more “grip” in this area as the area is now more stiff than before.

Make adjustments where needed towards the end of your setup adjustments in small increments.
